ありがとうございます。現プロジェクトをご提供することが難しいため、
SAStrutsのtutrialにs2confgで複数プロパティを扱う設定を行なった物を添付いたします。
※差分のあるファイルのみ含めております。
※IndexActionなどにアクセスすると、先のエラーが発生します。

以上、お忙しいこととは存じますが、よろしくお願い致します。
