[Seasar-user:19011] [mobylet] 画像リサイズの設定について

画像リサイズについて質問です。

以下のサイトをみて設定したのですが、うまくいきません。
http://mobylet.seasar.org/settings/resize.html
http://mobylet.seasar.org/settings/resize.html#imagemagick

centosでうまくいきません。

ieのソース上
<img src="/tmp/work/?img=http%3A%2F%2Fsweetbat.ddo.jp%2F%7Ezoi%2Fmiraque%2Fmap%2F871.gif&w=0.2&scaleType=FITWIDTH">

なぜ/tmp/workとなるのか・・・
設定ファイルしたファイルを添付します。
