Hey,

Ok, I see there might be some problems.

Is there setter/getter for "private UploadedFile applyFile"?
We must have it.

And I also mention that your html has namespace something like below
 to use FileUpload.So, make sure for that.

I don't get there is some javascript for the button, but
I think it does not need to.What is it for?
